Love it! The freshest, most innovative sushi in town that mixes tradition with new ideas. The salmon is like dessert - it is so buttery and delicious.Thank you for making the first night of a birthday celebration weekend special for our family. |

We celebrated my wife's birthday at Kaz Sushi Bistro last night, and had a FANTASTIC dinner. We especially liked the "Bird's Nest" and the sushi was just wonderful. |

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal - we had great service and the sushi was fresh and delicious, as always! I tried the crunchy brussel sprout salad for the first time and loved it. |

Some of DC's best (by far) sashimi and sushi, good service, comfortable upscale atmosphere. I like Misokatsu lunch box, and visit KAZ every Tuesday to have it. |

It was fantastic: service, food, the whole experience. Wonderful food and atmosphere. Misokatsu, Tebasaki are great! And, the Temaki lunch was great! |

Absolutely wonderful. Innovative without losing the essence of sushi. Kaz is far and away the finest sushi experience in town. Always imaginative and inventive, it's a cut above the other DC options. |

We eat at Kaz often. Served superb sushi with original taste.Never get bored by the choices. The fish is as good as it gets. The other dishes are always good and always interesting. One of our very favorite restaurants in DC Metro and NYC. |

Kaz is my favorite. The food is consistent, innovative, high quality, and always impresses. The ambiance is clean, professional, and well lit. Friends I take to Kaz generally: (1) are impressed with the food, its noticeably better then that of area competitors, (2) the prices are reasonable. |

Kaz Sushi Bistro is a family favorite for us! We have been enjoying dinners at Kaz for about 2-3 years now, and admittedly it is one of the best sushi resturants in the DC metro area. I would also add that the customer service -- front desk, wait staff and chefs -- all give 100% to what they do best. There is a young man at Kaz whom we regularly make the request to sit in his wait area -- I believe his name is Youn. What a terrific young man! Youn is an expert at providing the very best in customer service, and remembers all of the small details... this is a critical part of the job, and Youn has mastered it! |
